How long will it take?

Jeff: If the case is complex it will take a good nine months or more to fully develop the case.
Frank: Some cases don't take as long, but all cases are different. They depend on the facts and circumstances of each case, the injuries that are involved, and the work that the attorneys have to do to fully develop the case.
