Kimberly A. Markel focuses her practice in residential and commercial real estate transactions, foreclosures, landlord/tenant matters, real estate litigation, stock and asset business closings, and business formation. Markel is licensed to practice law in Texas and Virginia. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Lynchburg College, she received her law degree from Regent University in 2005. She practiced real estate law in Virginia for three years before moving to Texas in 2008. She has handled thousands of real estate closings and understands the complexities that real estate issues entail.
